Christopher L. Lufrano, Esq.
Christopher L. Lufrano is the managing attorney and principal of Lufrano Law, LLC. He founded the firm on the service philosophy that attorneys should be accessible, reliable, and provide practical and cost-effective solutions.
Mr. Lufrano is licensed to practice law in Illinois and New York. He relies upon his experience as an investor in the local real estate market and his prior experience working as a trader on Wall Street to provide his clients with practical and rational legal advice in the areas of real estate law, investment litigation, estate planning.
Mr. Lufrano is a graduate of Boston University, where he majored in Business Management. Following college, Mr. Lufrano was employed by Morgan Stanley where he worked as a fixed income trader and obtained his Series 7 and 63 licenses. While working for Morgan Stanley, he enrolled in night classes at Pace Law School, where he finished with distinction, graduating Cum Laude. During his time at Pace Law School, he worked for the John Jay Legal Services Investor's Rights Clinic and provided legal representation to clients of limited means in FINRA arbitrations and mediations.
After practicing securities law and regulatory defense for several years in New York City, Mr. Lufrano moved to Oak Park, Illinois with his family and founded Lufrano Law, LLC. On most days he is traveling throughout Cook or DuPage Counties to represent his clients at a real estate closing or at a court proceeding. Mr. Lufrano is also active in the local community and serves as co-chair of the Oak Park River Forest Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals group.
